Completed Sculpture

After completing the shoulder details and baking the sculpture I was pretty much done (except for some of the details in the back and painting the sculpture which were not documented for this piece).  For those that have been following this series my apologies, two years is much too long to add the completed tutorials.  My art and sculpting style has changed a lot since then but I still wanted to go back and finish this tutorial for everyone that had been patiently following it.

I learned a lot of lessons with this piece and I made a lot of mistakes along the way.  However mistakes in my opinion are a good thing, they teach you more than the successes do.  I’ve documented my mistakes because lets be realistic here everybody makes them at one time or another.  The key is to learn from those mistakes, make adjustments and move forward to becoming a better sculptor.

I’m off my soapbox now so enjoy the finished pictures and I’ll see you in future tutorials down the road.  If you are new to this series you can start at the beginning by clicking here.

All the best,

Gerald
